6. Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance to receive deposit back
7. Weather cancellations will be rebooked or deposit returned if not possible
8. Fish Guarantee - If you don't catch a Striped Bass or Bluefish of any size on Inshore trips 8 hours or more, your next charter of the same time length is free. We just ask you tip the mate on the free charter. This hardly happens, so don't count on it! :-)
